The Western Winds Summer Marching Band is a Natrona County school District-sponsored program that allows students in grades 6-12 to participate in a parade marching band. All NCSD 6-12 band members are eligible. The 2023 Summer Band Program will be hosted by Natrona County High School and details will be released in May 2023.
